One maintenance membership. Choose how to pay.
Keep seasonal care organized for every covered system: two maintenance visits per year, each with accessible drain cleaning. Choose full upfront payment for one, two or three years, or the promotional 12-month agreement paid monthly.
Choose your term and covered systems
Prepaid terms are paid in full upfront at the same annual rate: one year $150, two years $300 or three years $450 for the first system. Each additional system adds $100, $200 or $300 respectively. There is no membership limit on the number of covered systems; Davidson confirms the actual equipment and service scope.
The monthly promotion is a 12-month agreement: $10/month for the first system, totaling $120. Each additional system is exactly $100 for the year, paid as eleven monthly installments of $8.33 and a final installment of $8.37 per additional system.
Create your account and choose a membership. Available payment options are shown in your account. Saving a selection does not activate coverage or book an appointment. Coverage starts only after the required payment and verification.
Interested in a five-year or ten-year maintenance agreement?
Call Aisha at (346) 626-1480 and ask to speak with an employee about a five-year or ten-year maintenance agreement. Those terms require an employee’s review and are not available to select online.
Two seasonal visits for every covered system
One system means one matched heating and cooling system serving the home. Each system covered by the membership receives one spring AC visit and one fall heating visit during its membership year, including two drain cleanings per system per year.
Spring AC maintenance
- Inspect thermostat operation and overall system operation.
- Inspect accessible indoor and outdoor equipment.
- Inspect and tighten accessible electrical connections.
- Inspect electrical compartments and vacuum out accessible insects, spider webs, leaves and similar debris where safe and appropriate.
- Remove accessible leaves and debris around the outdoor unit.
- Rinse the outdoor condenser coil when accessible and appropriate.
- Check system temperatures and operating performance.
- Clear the accessible condensate drain line using pressurized nitrogen, followed by an appropriate chemical flush.
- Inspect the air filter. You supply any replacement filter.
Fall heating / furnace maintenance
- Perform a basic 30-point heating-system inspection, with checks appropriate to the equipment.
- Check furnace operation, ignition, flame and safety controls where applicable.
- Inspect accessible gas piping and connections for visible concerns, and check for gas leaks using appropriate methods on gas-fired equipment.
- Inspect the heat exchanger and venting for visible concerns where applicable.
- Clean the flame sensor where fitted.
- Inspect and tighten accessible electrical connections.
- Inspect electrical compartments and vacuum out accessible insects, spider webs and similar debris where safe and appropriate.
- Inspect blower operation and remove accessible debris from the blower wheel.
- Apply HVAC-appropriate disinfectant spray to the blower wheel where suitable, following the product label and equipment requirements.
- Inspect the air filter. You supply any replacement filter.
- Clear the accessible condensate drain line using pressurized nitrogen, followed by an appropriate chemical flush. Drain-line service is included in both the spring and fall visits.
Checks depend on the equipment installed; gas and flame checks do not apply to electric-only equipment. Accessible checks are not a safety certification or guarantee. This service does not include blower-wheel removal, deep cleaning or mold remediation.
What your membership covers
Each covered system receives two seasonal maintenance visits per year, including accessible condensate drain cleaning during each visit. You supply replacement filters. No dispatch, weekend or after-hours fee applies to covered membership visits. Repairs, replacement parts, refrigerant, replacement filters, damaged piping and inaccessible or severely blocked drains are separate and require your approval.
Confirm the service address, covered systems, coverage dates and applicable tax treatment before accepting an agreement. No customer payment-processing fee is added. Automatic renewal is selected for new signup requests and requires your separate, explicit agreement. Turn it off in your member account before the next renewal is processed. Continuous renewals keep your exact accepted prices, covered systems, term, service scope and payment schedule. Davidson must provide a reminder at least 30 days before any renewal charge. Turning renewal off does not cancel your current agreement or payments already owed. After cancellation or a lapse, rejoining uses the price offered at that time. Cancellation and refund terms must be confirmed before you accept; the monthly option is a 12-month agreement, not a cancel-anytime plan.
Monthly membership is a 12-month commitment with automatic monthly card charges when payments are connected; you do not need to remember manual payments. If you cancel early, the unpaid current-year balance remains owed, with no extra cancellation fee. When payments are connected, a declined payment is retried and you are notified for 14 days; after that, new benefits are held for employee review. Catching up within 30 days retains your locked price. After 30 days an employee reviews the agreement. There is no automatic price change, new lump-sum charge or collection action.
Existing approved customer agreements and previously promised service remain in effect under their original terms. New enrollment uses the paid membership shown here.
Ready to arrange service?
Create or manage your membership account or call Aisha at (346) 626-1480. Davidson confirms the agreement and each appointment separately. Review the membership agreement worksheet before accepting.
Prefer a one-time visit? Standalone maintenance is available. The CenterPoint ComfortCheck AC tune-up remains a separate utility program with its own eligibility and registration requirements. Buying replacement filters separately does not enroll you in maintenance.
